A considerable progress during the past decades was achieved in investigation of the cooperative atomic-nuclear transitions. Nuclear decay can be enhanced considerably by making use of a resonance with the electronic transitions. The resonance can be tuned either through changing the electron shell by means of ionization, or irradiating with resonance field of a laser. There is study of α decay in bare nuclei on the urgent agenda, as compared to H- or He-like ions and neutral atoms. In fact, in the case of the nuclear de-excitation through the resonance conversion (or electronic bridge), the decay probability turns out to be directly proportional to the atomic width. Therefore, it may be mastered by simple factors, such as ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure, in principle, even by a loud voice.
